The goal of this study was to determine the vitamins, essential elements, and antioxidant activity of this natural product. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl-hydrate radical scavenging activity, metal chelating activity, reducing power, total phenolics, and Vitamin A, Vitamin C, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, copper, manganese, and zinc concentrations were determined in ciris extracts. The concentrations of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Mn of ciris from west Tunceli were higher than samples from the east.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Taylor and Francis Inc.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2017</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/munzur/3288</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1080/10739149.2016.1272463</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1073-9149</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Instrumentation Science and Technology</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://munzur-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/munzur/3288</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
