This study examines its role in supporting cultural memory, identity negotiation, Turkish-language continuity, social participation, and connections with T &amp; uuml;rkiye among Turkish communities in Germany and other parts of Europe. Using a qualitative single-case study and document-analysis approach, the research evaluates the channel's institutional development, broadcasting mission, program content, audience orientation, and digital-platform activities. The findings suggest that Kanal Avrupa Television functions as a diaspora media institution and communicative public sphere in which the identity of the European Turk is articulated and negotiated. Its programs provide opportunities for cultural representation, inter-generational transmission of language and traditions, discussion of social and political concerns, and maintenance of transnational connections. The analysis also identifies economic sustainability, digital transformation, generational change, and editorial independence as important challenges affecting the channel's future. By examining these institutional and cultural dimensions, the study contributes to scholarship on diaspora media, migration, cultural identity, and collective memory.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Scientific Culture Press</dc:publisher><dc:date>2026-01</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/munzur/4539</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>REVISTA CULTURA CIENTIFICA</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://munzur-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/munzur/4539</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
