For this reason, the Drosophila wing spot test (SMART), an in vivo test that measures somatic mutation and recombination, was used. The antigenotoxic effect of A. officinalis against the mitomycin C (MMC) mutagen was investigated. After application studies, it was determined that 5 mg, 15 mg and 45 mg doses of dried herba of A. officinalis, could suppress DNA damage caused by MMC. As a result of the application of 5mg, 15mg and 45mg doses it was determined that the total number of spots induced by MMC was inhibited by 3.66%, 1.83% and 2.03%, respectively. According to the data obtained, it is thought that A. officinalis contains some antigenotoxic factors.</dc:description><dc:date>2022</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/munzur/6507</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.33715/inonusaglik.1065686</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>İnönü üniversitesi Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksek Okulu Dergisi</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://munzur-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/munzur/6507</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
