Basketbol antrenörlerinin mobbing algılarının, antrenörlüğe yönelik tutumlarıyla nasıl bir ilişki içinde olduğu bu çalışmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, katılımcıların cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, antrenörlük deneyimi ve çalıştığı kulüp sayısı gibi demografik değişkenler dikkate alınmıştır. İlişkisel tarama yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen araştırmada, "Olumsuz Davranışlar (Mobbing) Ölçeği ve "Antrenörlüğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde yer alan Gençlik ve Spor İl/İlçe Müdürlükleri, üniversitelerde basketbol uzmanlık dersi veren akademisyenler, halk eğitim merkezleri, belediye spor kulüpleri ve özel spor kulüplerinde görev yapan 193 erkek 87 kadın olmak üzere toplamda 280 gönüllü basketbol antrenörü katılmıştır. Verilerin tanımlayıcı istatistiği ile iki ve ikiden fazla grupların karşılaştırılmasında sırasıyla t-Testi ve One Way ANOVA testleri SPSS 25.0 paket programı aracılığı ile yapılmış ve anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Katılımcıların eğitim düzeyi ve medeni durum değişkenlerine göre olumsuz davranışlar (mobbing) ve antrenöre yönelik tutum ölçeği alt boyutlarında anlamlı düzeyde farklılıklar bulunmazken (p>0.05). Cinsiyet, yaş, antrenörlük deneyimi ve çalıştığı kulüp sayısı değişkenlerine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklıklar tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, antrenörlerin kişisel ve mesleki özelliklerinin, iş ortamında maruz kaldıkları olumsuz davranışları algılama biçimlerini ve mesleklerine yönelik tutumlarını etkileyebildiğini göstermektedir.The Effect of Basketball Coaches Perception of Negative Behaviors (Mobbing) on Their Attitudes Towards Coaching In sports settings, the negative behaviors encountered by coaches have a significant impact on their professional motivation and attitudes. The primary aim of this study is to examine the relationship between basketball coaches' perceptions of mobbing and their attitudes toward coaching. Demographic variables such as gender, marital status, age, educational level, coaching experience, and the number of clubs they worked for were taken into consideration. The research was conducted using the relational survey method, and the "Negative Acts (Mobbing) Scale" and the "Attitude Toward Coaching Scale" were employed as data collection tools. A total of 280 volunteer basketball coaches participated in the study, including 193 males and 87 females, working in Youth and Sports Provincial/District Directorates, universities offering basketball specialization courses, public education centers, municipal sports clubs, and private sports clubs in the Eastern Anatolia Region. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and One-Way ANOVA tests were used for data analysis through the SPSS 25.0 package program, with the significance level set at p<0.05. The findings revealed no significant differences in negative behaviors (mobbing) and coaching attitude subscales according to educational level and marital status (p>0.05). However, significant differences were found in relation to gender, age, coaching experience, and the number of clubs worked for (p<0.05).
