Bağlılık düzeyinin yüksek olması, bireyin sporu süreklilik içinde ve gönüllülükle gerçekleştirmesini sağladığı düşünüldüğünden çalışmamızda Munzur Üniversitesinde idari personel olarak çalışan personellerin spora bağlılık düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın evrenini Munzur Üniversitesinde çalışan idari personeller oluştururken örneklemini ise 159 idari personel oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerini belirlemek amacıyla demografik bilgi formu ve Spora Bağlılık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışma verileri doğrultusunda normallik sınaması yapılmış ve sonucunda normal dağılım gösterdikleri tespit edildiğinden parametrik testlerden independent t testi ve one way anova testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada hata payı p<0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Munzur Üniversitesi idari personellerinin spora bağlılık düzeyleri ve alt boyutları ile cinsiyet, yaş ve çalışma yılı değişkenleri açısından istatistiki açıdan anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Spora bağlılık düzeyleri ve alt boyutları ile çalışma yeri ve aktif spor yapma durumu değişkenine göre istatistiki açıdan anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma bulguları doğrultusunda spora bağlılık ölçeğinde elde edilen puanların aritmetik ortalaması 46,03 ile örneklem grubunda yer alan bireylerin genel olarak orta düzeyde spora bağlılık sergilediklerini göstermektedir. Ortalama değerin maksimum değerin yaklaşık %66'sına karşılık gelmesi, spora karşı belirgin bir ilgi olduğunu ancak tüm örneklem için yüksek düzeyde bir bağlılıktan söz edilemeyeceğini ortaya koymaktadır.Commitment to sports is related to the individual's interest in sporting activities, their desire to continue these activities, and the extent to which they perceive sports as an indispensable part of their lives. Since a high level of commitment is considered to enable individuals to engage in sports consistently and voluntarily, this study aims to examine the level of sports commitment among administrative staff working at Munzur University. The population of the study consists of administrative staff employed at Munzur University, while the sample comprises 159 administrative personnel. A demographic information form and the Sports Commitment Scale were used to determine the personal characteristics of the participants. Based on the data obtained, a normality test was conducted, and since the data were found to be normally distributed, parametric tests such as the Independent Samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA were employed. The margin of error for the study was accepted as p<0.05. No statistically significant differences were found between sports commitment levels and sub-dimensions and the variables of gender, age, and years of service among Munzur University administrative personnel. However, statistically significant differences were identified in relation to workplace and active participation in sports. According to the findings, the arithmetic mean score obtained from the Sports Commitment Scale was 46.03, indicating that the individuals in the sample group generally exhibited a moderate level of sports commitment.
