Moleküler düzeyde tanımlama yapılırken bu mikroorganizmaların internal transcribed spacer (ITS) bölgesi tercih edilmiştir. Elde edilen ITS agaroz jel görüntülemesinden sonra polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PZR) ürünlerinin dizi analizi yapılmıştır.Sekans analizi ve morfolojik gözlemler sonucu AGF'ların MUBAM_AGF 1,2,3,4,5,6,11 ve 12 stok numarası verilerekNeocallimastix sp.,MUBAM_AGF 7,8 ve 10 stok numaralı Orpinomyces sp. ve MUBAM_AGF 9 stok numarası verilerek kültüre alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak Tunceli bölgesinde ilk defa yapılan bu çalışma ile hem fungus kültür koleksiyonu hem de bu canlılarla ait DNA kütüphanesi oluşturulmuştur.</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="en">Anaerobic Gut Fungus (AGF herbivores is an important group among the microorganisms in the part of the society, some of the enzymes with fibrolytic enzyme activity and biotechnological potential. At the same time, the anaerobic feature of AGFs is an application used in culturing these scanners. Today, AGFs are new in their classes. These passengers can visit the trainings and use the fields in some industrial usage areas. In addition to the culture collection in Turkey in this study, AGF isolation and samples were made from the samples from the samples that did not work. This process was performed both morphologically and at the molecular level. ITS) preferred site. After the obtained ITS agarose gel, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sequence analysis was performed. Sequence analysis and logical observations, stock of AGFs MUBAM_AGF,3,4,5,6,11 and 12 were selected k 1,2 Neocallimasti sp., MUBAM_AGF 7,8 and 10 stock images Orpinomyces sp. and MUBAM_AGF 9 stock images were cultured into modelk.
