Özet

Risk is dened as relating to a technical or sociotechnical system in which events may take place in the future that have unwanted consequences to assets that we want to protect (Rausand, 2011). The rst stage in controlling risks is to perform a risk assessment in order to see what is required to be done (Health and Safety Executive, 1998). This includes identifying hazards, deciding the harmfulness of them, evaluating all possible risks, reducing them, and recording the results, respectively (Health and Safety Executive, 1998; Main, 2004; Gul and Guneri, 2016).
