This scope of study; in the light of the extraordinary properties of nanocomposites produced in recent years, it was aimed to synthesize a smart bio-nanocarrier material and investigate the drug release behavior of this material. It is known that many drugs, especially cancer drugs, have side effects such as hair loss, nausea and vomiting, sores in the mouth and lips, and cardiomyopathy leading to congestive heart failure. Therefore, it is very important to deliver these drugs to cancer cells and tumor sites in a targeted and intelligent manner. These problems can be overcome through the development of multiple stimuli-responsive polymer-based nano-systems as platforms for smart drug delivery. Such nano-systems can control the precise release of therapeutic agents to the required area in response to external stimulus triggers. Controlled drug release systems have advantages such as reduced toxicity and side effects, increased permeability, and enrichment of the targeted drug in tissues. These nano-systems can be synthesized and used for controlled drug delivery to the targeted tumor site through response to an internal or external stimulus. Among these, magnetite smart nanofilm systems sensitive to multiple stimuli have managed to attract attention. These nano-systems are water-swollen three-dimensional networks of hydrophilic polymers. To this end, biosynthesis of magnetite nanoparticles was carried out from basil plant (Ocimum basilicum) extract. Chitosan butyl acrylate copolymer film was synthesized to examine paracetamol adsorption and release behavior. pH-sensitive smart bionano carrier material was characterized in terms of adsorption, thermal stability and functional groups using UV-GB, TGA and FT-IR/ATR methods. Measurement of paracetamol drug concentrations (mg L-1) was carried out by using an UV-Vis spectrophotometer and calculated with the help of the calibration curve. It was determined that the pH-sensitive bionano carrier material synthesized to examine the drug release behavior had very good paracetamol release efficiency at 240 nm, pH: 7.4, KPS buffer solution environment, in the presence of a magnetic environment and at room temperature.
