Little Lord of Union and Progress: Minister of Rationing Black Kemal’s Life and Activities

Head of Union and Progress Governance Ahmet Kemal Bey was known by the name of “Küçük Effendi” and “Kara Kemal”. There were two Kemal in governance for this reason he was known as “Kara Kemal.” The other Kemal is known as “Sari Kemal” was Mustafa Kemal. Talat Pasha was called as “Büyük Effendi” and Kara Kemal was called “Kücük Effendi.” During he was in management of Union and Progress Governance, he took the duty of Minister of Food, agriculture and live stock for a while. He was sentenced with capital punishment by defaultly with some unionist because of assassination attending to Mustafa Kemal in Izmir in 1926. While lots of people were being arrested because of Izmir assassination attempt, he was disappeared before trials. While trial was going on he was arrested by the police in his house in Istanbul and suicide queerly. Trials of Ankara independence court were going on after Kara Kemal’s death
